Play-based ABA therapy for kids in Eagan, Monday through Saturday. Send us a few details and we will take it from there.

Tell us a little about your family

Start this week

There is no waitlist to sit on. Call us, we check your coverage, and most families are in their first session within a week or two.

Play that works

Sessions look like play because that is how kids learn. Underneath every game is a plan your BCBA wrote for your child.

Skills that last

We aim past this month. Asking for help, handling a change of plan, getting through a morning: the things that keep paying off.

You are trusting us with a lot.

Choosing a therapy team is not a small decision. When you pick ExcelPath, your child gets a plan written by a BCBA who knows them by name, therapists who are supervised closely, and updates after every session that actually tell you something.

Everything your child needs, under one roof

  • Clinic-based ABA therapy
  • Parent training and support
  • Speech therapy, alongside ABA
  • Occupational therapy, alongside ABA
  • EIDBI services

ABA is our core program; speech and OT are added for children already receiving ABA here. And everything happens at our Eagan clinic. We do not provide in-home services, on purpose: the clinic is set up for this work in a way a living room cannot be.

From first call to first session: here is the whole path.

Same day

1. Get in touch

Call us or send the short form. We ask a few questions about your child, then verify your coverage and handle the insurance paperwork ourselves. No referral needed.

Same week

2. Initial assessment

A BCBA spends real time with your child, watching how they play, communicate, and handle the hard moments. You tour the clinic and get every question answered.

1–2 weeks

3. A plan built for your child

From the assessment we write a treatment plan with goals you can actually picture: asking for help, brushing teeth, staying calm through a change of plans.

Ongoing

4. Therapy begins

Your child starts ABA sessions with their team at the clinic. Speech and OT fold in when your child needs them, parent training is part of it, and you see progress after every session.

Therapy does more when it starts sooner

Start without waiting

There is no waitlist here. You reach out, we check your coverage, book the assessment, and your child goes onto the schedule instead of into a queue. We are open Monday through Saturday, so a first appointment does not have to wait for a free weekday.

Availability can shift through the year, so call and we will give you a straight answer.

Start while they are young

Young children pick up new skills fast. If your child starts during that stretch, what they learn has more time to settle in and carry over to home and school. It is never too late to begin, and earlier tends to be easier.

We work with children ages 1 through 15.

Why we do not keep a waitlist

Early support only helps if a family can actually get in, and that is the whole reason we run intake the way we do. Your child should be able to begin while the timing still works for them, not months after you first picked up the phone.

One team around your child.

ABA is the heart of what we do. Every program is written and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and the therapists your child plays with each day work under that same close supervision.

When a child in our program needs speech or occupational therapy, that happens here too: a licensed SLP or registered OT folds it into the same plan instead of starting a separate one. Some of our team speaks Spanish or Hmong.

What parents tell us

Okay so we were really skeptical about ABA. Read all the horror stories online. This is not that. His BCBA sits on the floor with him, they play, they laugh. He runs to the door when it's time to go. That tells me everything.
My daughter used to scream when her socks had seams. Full meltdown, couldn't leave the house. She's been in OT four months and yesterday she put her shoes on by herself and walked out the door. Small thing to most people. Huge for us.
She said 'more juice' last Tuesday. I stood in the kitchen and just cried. When we started she wasn't making any sounds at all. None. Her speech therapist never gave up on her and I will never forget that.

Talk to us first. Decide after that.

One free call is enough to tell whether we are the right fit for your child. Ask about insurance, scheduling, or what a session actually looks like.
